Starting in early spring, Copeland's Family Farm offers a wide variety of bedding plants, hanging baskets, and perennials all started here in our own greenhouses. We also raise between 12 and 15 acres of various vegetables that are available during the season. We try to have fruits and vegetables available from other growers for even more variety for you to choose from.
During early spring, late April and May, we offer fresh morel mushrooms. These are the sponge type mushrooms that only God can grow. They are only found wild in woods and fields then delivered fresh to us at Copeland's. We also work with a wonderful family in Vincennes, IN, and have their delicious cantaloupe and watermelons during July and August. In the fall, we have pumpkins, winter squash, gourds, and beautiful hardy mums.
